All'ex membro fondatore dei Soft Machine in seguito protagonista di una stimolante carriera solista a cavallo tra psichedelia, rock progressivo e pop d'avanguardia, Esoteric dedica un cofanetto deluxe formato 10x10 pollici contenente 9 CD e un Blu-Ray più un ricco libretto illustrato di 64 pagine: si tratta di tutta la sua produzione nel quadriennio 1969-1973, con 140 brani rimasterizzati ex novo dalle matrici originali. I supporti audio includono gli album di studio su etichetta Harvest "Joy Of A Toy", "Shooting At The Moon", "Whatevershebringswesing" e "Bananamour", un nuovo missaggio a cura di Stephen W Tayler della registrazione completa del concerto del luglio del 1970 al festival di Hyde Park a Londra, tutte le BBC Sessions ancora disponibili risalenti a quel periodo (incluse collaborazioni con Soft Machine, Gong e Bridget St. John), outtakes di studio fino ad oggi mai pubblicate ufficialmente e un concerto del maggio 1973 alla Queen Elizabeth Hall di Londra. Il Blu-ray region free contiene invece le registrazioni audiovideo di 13 brani eseguiti dal vivo alla TV francese e nel programma "Old Grey Whistle Test" della BBC nel 1972 e '73 (comprese tre outtake inedite) oltre al film promozionale "Caribbean Moon". Numerosi, oltre a quelli già citati, gli artisti di altissimo livello presenti in queste registrazioni: tra essi Syd Barrett, Robert Wyatt, Mike Oldfield, Steve Hillage, David Bedford, Lol Coxhill e Archie Legget
